Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Camera Surveillance Officer to monitor and manage security camera systems across designated facilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, property, and assets by observing suspicious activity, documenting incidents, and responding to potential threats in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage across multiple locations to detect unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Record and report incidents of theft, trespassing, or unauthorized access promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and surveillance reports for all observations and activities.
• Assist in the investigation of security breaches using recorded footage.
• Coordinate with on-ground security personnel in real-time when needed.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report malfunctions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security-related training is a plus.
• Prior experience in security or surveillance monitoring preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to act calmly under pressure.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
